DCustomThreads is an owner-led custom embroidery and apparel printing studio serving Toronto, Ontario. Founder Diana brings more than 15 years of industry experience, including time with T‑Shirt Elephant, to every project.
After years of learning the craft and seeing what great custom apparel requires, Diana opened DCustomThreads six years ago to offer something more personal: detailed workmanship, honest guidance, reliable communication, and genuine care for the finished result.
Today, DCustomThreads creates custom embroidered and printed apparel for businesses, teams, creators, events, organizations, and individuals using embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF), and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

1. Artwork Review - Send your logo or design in AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, or JPG format. We’ll check whether adjustments are needed for clear embroidery.
2. Garment & Placement Guidance - Choose your own product or ask for recommendations based on fabric, fit, budget, and how the item will be worn.
3. Professional Digitizing - Your artwork is converted into stitch instructions, with density, direction, sequence, and underlay planned for the garment.
4. Hooping & Stabilizing - The fabric is carefully prepared to support clean stitching and reduce shifting or puckering.
5. Production & Quality Check - Every piece is monitored and inspected for alignment, thread quality, colour accuracy, and finishing.
